Azerbaijani State Agricultural University (ADAU) hosted the presentation of the book "Nature and Ecology of Karabakh" by Bakhtiyar Huseynov.

The rector of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, correspondent member of ANAS, professor Ibrahim Jafarov, associate professor Anar Hatamov, vice-rector on educational work, faculty and students took part at the presentation.

The speaker Ibrahim Jafarov noted that the book is a valuable source of both scientific works and textbooks. The book also highlights the mysterious nature and ecology of Karabakh, construction works carried out during reconstruction after the occupation. The rector noted that the book also includes a cycle of poems with the theme 'Karabakh is Azerbaijan' and a large lyric poem “Let a smile light up your face, Karabakh”.

Bakhtiyar Huseynov was born on March 25, 1960 in the Sinovli village of Lankaran region. After graduating from Baku State University, he worked in various responsible positions.

At present, he is an employee of the Regional Department of Ecology and Natural Resources No. 1 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Azerbaijan, winner of the "Golden Pen" media award, the author of eleven books.
